Yet you continue to build huge apartment to complexes that raise the rent around them as well. Gentrifying the community you claim to be helping. Sadly, this will do nothing again. Just waste more money that could go towards a real solution. How many more times you going to throw money against the same damn wall that doesn't help anything? No one is addressing the real issue, rent is too damn high for many. There needs to be more affordable options. We don't need apartment buildings with gyms in them that no one uses because they're working all the damn time. We need real housing solutions.
