Talladega wants outsiders to think we are historical we are because nobody puts money on the square anymore the COC is literally pocketing any money that comes through here, our schools, & board of education if you have a major he cannot do his job if you are a chief over the police dept. you're firing cops left & right so...... Talladega needs cleaning up, I think I will write the governor to see if she knows how Talladega is being ran.

sounds like the city is being run like Animal House. how hard is it to provide receipts? how hard would it be to dock paychecks when receipts are not provided? how about refusing any reimbursements without receipts. how about no other documentation BUT original receipt being honored. who's supposed to balance accts? is there an accounting dept? is there no chart of accts. is there no general ledger?basically what the hxxl is going on? there should be a MONTHLY reconciliation that balances to the taxpayers penny EVERY SINGLE MONTH! As a small business owner I did that for decades. it's perfectly doable. Unless.....
