I think they may be going to have many complexes pay their own utilities because the rent is so cheap compared to nyc but jobs need to pay a little more than 14.75 an hour…

That is the BIGGEST pass the buck I ever seen!! First things first clear out the corrupt management system in there cuz there’s clearly theft going on! Second actually get proper services for pest control I see so many people leaving that place due to this now
