There was abuse here before?? Why wasn't it closed then?? Slapping a child is the BIGGEST NO NO. In who's mind is that okay?? If Child and Family Services knew there was a problem they let them continue fir families to bring there childern there. I am sorry to say it not only a day care problem uts a social services problem. Some of or all of these parents had to of heard or known of the these problems. If your child is kicking and screaming to go thats a BIG problem. Everyone in this is the problem. 😠 😠
