so because the money isn't going to go towards a building that the mayor wants it to go towards they're not going to apply for the money which could be used for more useful things in Plattsburgh such as maybe reviving it a bit considering let's face it Plattsburgh has been going under for a while the money should be used to fix roads that have been neglected for years or to help fix up buildings that don't put money like a big hotel would in the pockets of the mayor and everyone else in the local government but would make the city look better but no since he's not getting his way not happening.

Common sense won this one!!! Wasn't a good idea in the first place!!! This was nothing more then the mayor setting himself and his friends up before he leaves office!!
