I believe they should be creating more jobs around Portsmouth that pays a great wage, they are bringing rehab people into our area and the government is buying all the housing up for rehab and providing housing for them.This doesn't help the people that live in our city that works hard to provide for there family and are only paid minimum Housing is great if people had the money to paid instead of leaning on our government to help pay.
