    Kenai repeals laws on public sleeping, begging and curfew

    Why does this Not surprise me … we need more laws on begging, sleeping or invading public or private property, and homelessness … people are always looking for people to work … so go to work and earn your own way! I agree if children are on your property and outside (as long as they aren’t breaking a noise ordinance) they should be allowed outside; however, with that being said they should NOT be allowed in stores unsupervised … I see little kids in stores without supervision all the time and all they are doing is causing problems … mouthing off to workers, breaking things, behaving like they are in jumping junction or a gym. So curfews on that side of the coin should be enforced … stop the vandalism my youth … where are the parents
