I wouldn’t want either one as a neighbor!

This couple is over reacting. What is she doing owning and using bull horn if they don’t like noise? She should have been arrested for not having a permit and was not part of the event. Three times a year for this residential neighborhood to have permits to have their events is not unreasonable. They should have bought a home in a restricted area such as Senior Living area. They chose to live in an unrestricted area and they should have to deal with the noise. It will not stop IF they win this case by pulling those permits. They will complain about the noise that kids make playing outside. I am sure their dogs bark and get out and do their business on their neighbors lawn. If they choose to be anti social and not make noise that is their business but that does not give them the right to make their neighbors be anti social. When they could have moved into a quieter neighborhood. They are being unreasonable and am sure the city will hear more from them even if they get their way.
