    Most states in the United States and cities have trucks that come in the neighborhood and collect the trash on a truck that has the ability to pick it up and place it on the truck. Then, you want to blame the citizens for dumping trash. Smh,as citizens, we are paying for services that we are not getting. Don't wanna hear nothing about no taxes. They finally hold all residents accountable for water, which is more than enough to get the equipment to get this problem solved. It's enough land owned by the city to produce produce for the city, but no one is thinking for the people. THE low income and homeless. It's a lot can be done differently, but selfishness isn't being addressed in a lot of areas. Get from behind the desk and ride your designated districts. Ride the city and check work that is being done. SET A Standard and Make Jackson WHAT IT CAN BE..A CITY ON THE RISE.
