I grew up down there and we never had all these issues back then. We walked skyline from 28th Ave West to twin ponds to swim all summer long. I think the problem is people have become careless walking and the drivers have become unattentive when driving!

There are so many walking and bike trails. Why are we turning our roads into more. There are many people who can't walk and have enjoyed this breathtaking scenery by car rides over the years.
