Because….every non-cannabis person is going right to the weed store! Youngstown must be stacked with cash that they don’t need the tax money. Also I feel a domino affect for the surrounding suburbs of Youngstown.

Trying to defy the will of the people, yet again! Youngstown sucks and will forever remain a crappy city because of the corrupt losers that are continuously running it into the ground. The City Council and the Youngstown tax collection arm RITA can take a flying f**king leap as far as I'm concerned.
