    Assuming these statistics are true, I understand your point but WHY do we have to increase the populations of other races? Why do we have to? Thats called affirmative action and that never works to force someone to be accepted to a college or town, those decisions need to be made individual by individual. Every race, religion and sexual preference ARE currently WELCOME to move to concord! You can’t force friendships, marriage or where people want to live, it simple happens naturally based on what that individual is looking for/seeking. Stop trying to force diversity….it will happen naturally.

    It seems that my fellow citizens pushing this agenda are not focused on the real issue in Concord. According to World Population Review, 2024 Concord Demographics are: White: 82.31% Two or more races: 7.69% Asian: 4.75% Black or African American: 3.6%. Perhaps our town’s citizens should be more focused on increasing the 3.6% of the population that are Black or African American rather than worrying about the name on a school. That would be a far more substantive and meaningful move to inclusion in their community. Just sayin’ ;-)
