Suffolk County in Long Island NY had put a moratorium on building to do an impact study. they found that if they didn't increase the land per home, the aquafers would be drained of drinking water. I see that happening now In St Johns county. but we drink reclaimed water, aka waste water.,.. and there's always the threat of sink holes too...just a heads up
