1st off....let's look at requiring cyclists to attend a "rules of the road" class and successfully complete it...then require a yearly tax and permit...because we all know cyclists ignore stop signs and other traffic regs....300+ miles of mkt trail, but no, they choose to ride on roads designed for AUTOMOBILES....
