in addition officer Luis Garcia pathetic individual always sounds intoxicated with slurred speech most all time . what I learned about this imbecile when he gets nervous confused or frightened he began stuttering. I'm not even sure how he got employed by the city because they felt sorry for this incompetent man. when the time comes this individual is not going to be able to handle stressful situations he will fail in the same category of the law enforcement that failed uvalde.

McAllen Independent School district is looking for solutions for a multi-million dollar issue. Renee Gutierrez provides many excuses to begin with lack of State funding and decline in student enrollment are to blame .. this incapable incompetent individual chooses to come up with excuses instead of solutions / lies. the superintendent profirmance is very concerning. the board of directors are more concerned of closing down schools when the need for focusing on the main problem. Jackson elementary has many issues they're not compliance with city ordinance . expirations over a year for food establishment permits. Jackson elementary teachers are damaging property slamming the doors on children as parents go to pick them up. that's school needs an overhaul the city needs a new leader a real superintendent that will get the job done .
