The lead program facilitated by lgh is a f...INg joke. The company they hire is worthless and definitely getting paid for excess work that is being quoted and not being done to help clear the lead. The people who are overseeing the lead program are also jokes. It is sad to see the millions of dollars LGH received to help lancaster City remove lead be so mismanaged and practically given away to horrible contractors.
