Demolish the whole hotel and surrounding buildings. It is such an eyesore. Demolish and rebuild a beautiful hotel, convention center over this beautiful charlotte harbor. Maybe a boat dock to bring boaters into eat and tour our great community. Make it a beautiful piece of art that everyone will be proud of and bring money into our communities.
