I'll believe it when I see it. Had to walk in water to get from one side of the campus to the other. I'm short, so, I was soaked. It been needing to be fixed since my uncle was going there and he is in his 70s

I'm 53 and swam in the flooded water on orange st. as a kid every time it rained, I lived on Vernon. it's been flooding for 45 years I know of and I'm sure it's been longer.
