What duel language??? I’ve lived in El Paso for the past 8 Years. There is only one language-Spanish. My Wife is Hispanic and she is completely bilingual. When we first lived I couldn’t get any jobs because I didn’t speak Spanish. I was born in here. Years ago there was such thing as the Borderline. El Paso has a huge issue and the open border just makes it worst.
