We observe the destruction of the lower Esopis it's and the affected it caused on citizens properties along the Esopis and ask why is the DEC allowing NYC to get away with the destruction of a natural water way if it was a NY citizen they would have been arrested. They have been held completely accountable. Democrats and their one sided sword.
