I am 65 and I just started having to use a scooter on the ships and in grocery store . Am I mobile ? Yes to a point but I can’t walk distance due to having degenerative disc disorder ….a pain I wish on no one . I am a careful driver ..I always let people in first but I’ve also met kind people who assist with me going g first . It’s patience and kindness that goes a long way

the scooters are abused by the lazy. when they first came out it was great for people who needed them. I would bet less than 1 in 4 are actually having a true mobility problem
