    you can have cell phone for safty with out being. a smart phone and internet, a flip phone will do the trick.thats what both my kis had years ago.until they were in high school, the last year of 11th grade..there is to many predators on line

    I don't have kids but I got a nephew and niece and I agree with this when I was their age all I had was a Nokia eventually I got a flip phone I didn't get a smartphone until I was in my late twenties and honestly I kind of believe they're more trouble than what they're worth I never worried about my personal information being sold on the internet from a Nokia or flip phone I know I'm not the only person out there that's livid how easy it is for that to happen.
