when people have anxiety we are labeled as crazy or just full of it or "get a life",no one understands the anxiety we have ,!!! how our heart races if we have to get dressed to even go to the grocery store or it is for me or family gatherings ,even if we want to see family we haven't seen in years or several months,it's hard to explain !!!

My husband has been on Xanax for years for horrible anxiety and panic attacks, with much success and no side effects. Fast forward to 2024, bc of these “studies” they are titrating him off x and in its place, he now takes 5 new medications as replacements(non benzo). One that’s at a cost of $1500 for a 30 day supply. Make it make sense: trading one effective cheap medication for five medications(expensive and not so effective)!!!
