An absolute misappropriation of taxes, which (mark my words) might have short term positive/negative effects, will conclude in no real changes. Most all studies conclude, when studied over time, conclude that sustained positive change is not effected by the influx of money but the adoption of good habits(cultural change), education and self reliance when self determined. This cuts across, race, creed and economic class. After these foundational changes financial aid helps. These funds become/are available when the foundation changes are made. This being said your life can be better (not optimal) and only you can can do so. This is a very complex issue…but remember, the major difference between a child and an adult is that an adult has the ability to look after his/her own well being. To do better you must understand sacrifices must be made…lucky charms will not lead to your health, you must eliminate them from your diet.
