Had “Garza” not been driving like an idiot it wouldn’t and shouldn’t have happened. Know how much worse that could have been had the idiot hit the guard rail bounced back into traffic? Nobody cares right? Just blame the guard rail. Installed properly or not it’s the Garzas fault
