This is exactly why parents and teachers need to bypass the school system of discipline and bring in external police and file charges. Too often are swept under the carpet. Teachers are discouraged from filing complaints. Schools have embraced restorative justice and therefore are not students that are disruptive so the other kids can learn. This board that supervises disciplinary actions is unqualified for the job it is doing. it is stupid stuff like this that has destroyed our schools and driven our teachers out of the classroom.
