it will take neighbors to stand up and call the police and report everything you see to keep your neighborhoods clean. fentanyl is deadly and I don't agree with it on no level. It was bad enough we had to deal with the CRACK, METH and HEROIN epidemic. Now this bullshit? Nah. CALL THE FCKN POLICE ON EVERYTHING YOU SEE! CLEAN YOUR NEIGHBORHOODS UP.
