Ignorant and fearful people have been taught through the centuries that Jesus had “saved” them. I have no problem if people want to believe in something but let’s be realistic. While it’s nice to think that if we are good we go to heaven, when in fact when we pass away we pass away. Perhaps our energy goes on into the universe, no one knows but “heaven” is a myth. The Bible was written by the church to keep people in line and enrich their coffers.
