I’ve got the same problem going on in Harrison county I’m having to go to court for a marijuana violation and I’ve been a medical marijuana patient since they first started doing it in 2019 I got ran over in 2018 it was awesome being able to get off all them damn pills and now I may have to go back on pills or jail for exercising my legal right

Just get in trouble in Jefferson county because my daughter is on probation for possession of control substance and stealing. She's still using meth and her lazy ass probation officer never drug tests her. It was the meth that caused the stealing. I've called this probation officer to have her violated and they don't do anything to her. She's at the point in life, that she has to hit rock bottom to start making the right decisions. When I let her probation officer know that she is in violation of her probation, the officer might call me back. It's a joke in Jefferson county.
