It’s so upsetting! I suffered a bad horseback riding accident & reported it back in 2022. I wrote them a letter about their poor safety protocols but only got a response from them after my Yelp review. They never reimbursed me much less followed up re: my injury. I was very fortunate that it wasn’t too serious but these types of businesses need to be held accountable.
