    BORING this year... spent 6 hours saying excuse me. Benches removed Fri from downtown so no place to sit. No cooling stations this year. No bands playing like former yrs. Everything over-priced.Totally ridiculous. Waste of precious time. Dogs suffering in the heat. Stupid owners did not care. Dogs were stressed by loud noise and in a panic...really!!!Finally able to leave when a bus showed up at 6 p.m.
