I see a lot of promotion for telehealth in this article, but as a man in a difficult living situation, there's no way I would do telehealth. I do currently go to therapy, but it's in person. I feel like telehealth needs to be a secondary option instead of being promoted as the first option. If I wanted to talk to a stranger on the phone, then I'll browse Google. I would not get mental help from them.
