What a f'n joke. Pilots had a "casual attitude." Information from previous crash not passed on. This is a giant leadership problem! Communication, check rides, training. What has happened to the military. DEI is not as important as being proficient in your respective job. 2nd best is not good enough!

In the Bible it states you reap what you sow.Sounds like carma came back and bit you.Wouldn't have anything to do with spraying the atmosphere with heavy metals and toxins would it? Something to think about.
