For the last 21 years (12 with The Hockey News) Dobber has reviewed each team from a fantasy hockey standpoint and graded them. The 22nd annual review will appear here on Dobber Hockey throughout the summer. This is not a review of the likely performance on the ice or in the standings but in the realm of fantasy hockey both for the season ahead as well as the foreseeable future. Offensively, will the team perform? Are there plenty of depth options worthy of owning in keeper leagues? What about over the next two or three years? These questions are considered when looking at the depth chart and the player potential on that depth chart.

Welcome back to another week of Analytics Advantage! This week, we'll be exploring a variety of graphs as part of our ongoing five-year analysis, providing insights into fantasy scoring trends. We’ll be looking at the top 20 performances in Fantasy Points Per Game (FPPG) since the 2019/20 campaign, identifying the top ten forwards and defensemen in FPPG for the 2023/24 campaign, and highlighting players who have shown significant improvement over the past few campaigns. As always, our fantasy points calculations are based on Orad's Handsome Fantasy Hockey League's scoring metrics, slightly adjusted for broader applicability. Here’s a quick reminder of the point values: Goals earn six points, Assists earn four points, Shots on Goal and Blocked Shots earn 1.6 points each, and Hits earn 0.6 points.

I find the pallet shelters to be more palatable than ice fishing tents. The Colorado Village Collaborative operates both micro-communities and the so-called Safe Outdoor Spaces with the tents. We all learned the tents are not safe when a fire roared through a CVC Safe Outdoor Space, destroying the compound quickly. Officials never disclosed a cause of the fire.
