"Competitive wages" compared to what.? Teachers pay is still shitty. But, the overwhelming numbers of administrators in school districts sure do sit pretty. Explain to me the reason why a single HS needs 5 administrators? What happened to just having a principal and an assistant principal?

They need substitutes. I wonder why they so demanding of credentials when they showed some kids thrived at home remote with no credentialed parents.
