General Motors has released a Service Bulletin for select units of the BrightDrop Zevo 600 due to an issue with water leaks. According to Service Bulletin 24NA129, certain 2023 and 2024 model-year vans may have a condition where water appears to be leaking from the windshield area. It’s believed that this issue is due to a myriad of factors that inhibit the ability of the factory-installed sealants to seal the upper structure. To rectify this problem, certified GM technicians will be instructed to inspect affected vehicles and install new roof panel joint front finish moldings, which feature multiple design changes to improve their ability to mitigate water leaks. Notably, this should take GM techs a little more than four hours to perform.
