We the taxpayers had to spend millions to make this property ready so a for-profit Massachusetts company could come in and make a healthy profit off it. This project will add to the already congested downtown, increase our taxes and strain our police and fire departments further. Not to mention this is only going to attract more people from out of state because the rents will be too high for locals. This is a local government boondoggle!
