Are there any successful Tax Bill Models/Examples to go buy instead of wasting Tax Payer and Leaderships time and money debating/arguing unsuccessfully to come to a viable solution?

They want to take away the Homestead Act and put in the Property Tax. This is totally unfair and wrong. Those on the Homestead Act need this. If they had the income they wouldn't be on it. Additionally service members will be affected also. Again so wrong
