The Saratoga Springs Police Department posted on Facebook on Tuesday that the men are wanted for larcenies and that they hope residents with information about them will step forward. A worker died Aug. 5 when the crane he was operating toppled at a wind farm construction site in remote Natrona County, state and local officials say.
