mayor and city council not listening to the taxpayers again. Johnston Street Shelteris is ruining our neighborhood, no kids playing at the park. the homeless has taken over, besides having all the junk vehicles surrounding the shelter. drive by and see what your taxes are paying for

This is getting ridiculous. Missoula seems to always be in a state of emergency to keep passing these houseless stuff.Before Hess says, we need to open Johnson St all year so we don't have park camping. Guess what park camping is established. Now, another emergency for these people of which many who choose this way of life! We, the people who work,pay taxes & contribute to this community are done. NO More Levies!
