Now they're so concerned about shootings What about the concern when this was occurring in the first and fifth wards And people were losing their lives. It didn't matter because it didn't occur outside of the red zone Evanston isn't as diverse as it thinks it is.

If Evanston wants a violence interruptor , the best way is to evict that said person from the town! Ban them from entering unless it's to the hospital. Iowa does this. Either you promise to never penetrate their borders or do hard time.
