that may have been true when I moved here in 2010 from Ft Lauderdale since then my rent has gone from $450 a month to $1200 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment

that's just great. encourage everyone else in the nation that this is the place to be, when we don't have the infrastructure in place to accommodate that growth, much less the growth we've seen just these past few years. Y'all get ready for some unprecedented levels of gentrification.
