All it takes is a little personal responsibility. Quit being so impatient and look both ways. It's common sense. I guarantee you that a traffic light right there would create more accidents. You can't expect fully loaded semi trucks to stop on that incline or coming around that corner. You wanna stop a 80 thousand pound truck and then have him get rolling again. It's not rocket science. Look both ways and proceed when it's clear.
