    Wisconsin businesses say high interest rates have slowed expansion plans

    The banks are all very willing to give me more than I want but I’m not using debt to expand my business either. Short term borrowing for a single job and that’s it. Loan Interest rate debt and taxes are businesses two main enemies! I’ll take slow growth over paying either one any more than I need to!
