it's over due, I said, to myself it makes no sense for express lane if the buses can't operate in its intended purposes👍🏾

Just look at damn picture.In what country that is half as busy as New York, you have an entire street only for buses and bicycles???!Itbis a fking shame that they still can't understand CONGESTION when they are the ones causing it. Damn!!!In some areas, a bus pases every twenty minutes! and they want that lane to be empty that entire time? Some of these buses are running with less than five passengers at a time. Who the fk is in charge of this sht?!!!It seems like we are still under Bloomberg spell.
