Don't let the housing at the projects ( Pisgah View) ETC be the managers. Keep the Thugs out (Gangs) OUT. There is TRUE homeless people that need help...

I know that there are women with kids that need housing help. And older men need housing help. But what little that I have had contact with the "homeless", the young (20 - 35) don't want a home due to being required to be clean and sober. Okay haters say what you want.
