City Council are liberal commies who want project housing. There are affordable housing alternatives in Wenatchee. There is no "right" to low priced housing units for first time buyers. They can live in Wenatchee and take the bus.

Who really cares? Leavenworth has been destroyed already with the uncontrolled growth. Growth without impact statements of how the contractors proposals were going to change the town For the worse and foul up Washington State DOT highway #2 . The State highway is being blocked off by traffic and street lights that are poorly programmed. The property and shop owners of this town need to be paying for a new highway #2 around this mess and make leavenworth a business exit , like it should have been. Lived here all my life. I will not go to leavenworth and fight to get thru on a state highway to other destinations.
