    MTP has been using EXTREMELY high lease rates to make exorbitant profit. That's one of the main reasons for the Steward Medical bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court needs to reduce the cost per square foot to a more reasonable amount.

    Steward is a greedy corp that took profits from their gross income, not net income. Anything bad that happens to them and the doctors that work under them is karma!!!!
