maybe his mother / family needs to approach the MD social services inquire if the state has burial funds. Asking for money when this young man caused the accident killing not only himself but his friend to is asking too much for public help.

i get they need money for funerals and all that. but if these guys were out at that time of nite partying and racing down the highway then askg for money is a joke. i dont no what happened but before id offer anything id wanna no how this happened. if they were bein stupid then thats on them. but if it were a true accident then i get it. prayers
