If Gilbert is smart they will rezone their wntire town area so that Lexington County dont start allowing it to be over built in like they are doing in Lexington. Offic8als want to make us the next Columbia. More growth more crime.

Why is it current residents of any town have to pay an increase in taxes for the town to increase utilities for FUTURE RESIDENTS AND COMMERCIAL properties, that type of savings should be going to the new comers.
